Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
We'll make it right — a free replacement or full refund. Just email ozzycozypaws@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Change of mind
Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the customer, and we'll refund the product cost once we receive the item.

Order cancellations
Contact us before your order ships and we'll cancel it for a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
